How long will it take to receive my order?
Amid the current Covid-19 crisis, please allow up to 15 business days for delivery within the United Kingdom and Ireland, and up to 25 business days for international delivery. We typically ship via Royal Mail, however overseas delivery may come via a different courier. Your package will be delivered by your local shipping company.

How much does shipping cost?
UK & Ireland shipping is flat rate on all orders. No item limit. Shipping costs for all other countries are calculated by weight at checkout. You can see the total cost before you finish making your order!

Incorrect Address
Shipping address can not be changed after your order is made. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being provided at checkout. This includes forgetting to write in an apartment or suite number. No refunds will be provided for these packages. If your order is returned to us, you may request to have it resent. You may be responsible for additional shipping charges. Always double check your address.

Customs, Import Fees & Duties
All Harby apparel is shipped from Wales, UK. If you are an international customer outside of the UK and Ireland, you may be responsible for duties or fees by your local border services for received goods purchased online outside of your country. In our experience these fees rarely surpass 10-20% of your order value but we recommend checking with your local customs in your country first if you are worried about these charges. No refunds of customs fees will be provided. If your package is unclaimed or you refuse to pay your duties, no refund will be given. Your package may be resent if you wish to pay an additional delivery charge as per the table above.

Where do you ship?
We try our best to deliver to all provinces and territories, however should we be unable to send to your chosen address for political reasons or a lack of delivery service, your order will be refunded in full. You will receive an email detailing why your order was not processed if this is the case.

I did not receive my order.

If you did not receive your order after 30 business days since your order was placed, please email enquiries@harbyapparel.com. We will not respond to complaints regarding orders placed less than 30 days ago. International delivery is dependant not only on Royal Mail but on the timeliness of your local postal service. We will then open a support ticket and investigate the location of your order. If your item is deemed lost in transit, we will resend a replacement order no earlier than 10 business days after your support ticket is opened.
