Welcome to our Brand Ambassadors page! We just want to say a quick thank you for your interest in working with Harby Apparel – it means a lot to us that you love our brand so much!
If you want to inquire about general promoting or becoming a brand ambassador the most convenient way for us to see your profile is to go to our Instagram page @harbyapparel and find one of our ‘brand ambassador’ posts, and leave a comment under that.
We are looking for people who can take nice, clear photos (this must be reflected on your Instagram feed) for the best examples take a look at customer and promoter photos we re-post on our Instagram – they are good quality, not messy in the background / minimal settings and show the item nicely. If you have previous examples of Brands you’ve worked with on Instagram, that is a big plus! We are also looking for people whose style aligns with our brand – and most importantly reliability, someone who we know will always turn around photos in an acceptable time and not leave us waiting for weeks or not at all! Of course we understand life can be busy, so we ask if you need more time or have an issue to let us know.
If you’re accepted as a Brand Ambassador for Harby, we will give you an exclusive 30% discount code* for personal use against anything you’d love to purchase to represent Harby on your social media accounts. You will also be given an exclusive 10% off code* to share with followers, friends and family to put towards joining to Harby revolution! If your follower code is used regularly against purchases, you could even be reached out to to receive Gifted products, free of charge, to promote our newest products on Instagram and to keep afterwards.
* Discount code values can be adjusted or even nullified at any point, at Harby Apparel’s discretion, if we choose to make adjustments to the programme, replace it with a new reward scheme, or remove the Brand Ambassador programme completely. Harby reserves the right to remove you as a Brand Ambassador at any time if we feel it is right for the brand’s image, if we find that use of your codes is in breach of our Brand Ambassador programme such as your personal code being supplied to followers, or if you speak in a negative light of the brand on your social accounts and bring its image into disrepute.
Photo Submissions
Please make sure you include the following:
1. Your photo(s) or video
2. Your Instagram username
3. The location of your photos or video
We will not accept photos including the following:
– Snapchat filters on photos or videos.
– Text over photos or videos.
– Blurry photos or videos.
– Dark or dim lit photos or videos.
– Nudity, profanity or offensive/violent content.
For maximum exposure through Harby you must meet the standards above AND the following:
1. Clear large photo or video file (at least 1080 pixels by 1080 pixels).
2. Well lit photo or video shot in natural light or flash.
3. Harby logo must be clearly visible (if applicable)
4. Must be outside or in an industrial setting eg. No bedroom, bathroom, etc photos.
5. Photo or video must display creativity, originality and relevance to the brand.
All decisions regarding the feature of your photo or video submission will be at the sole discretion of our marketing team. We will do our best to feature all submissions which fulfil the above requirements. Your photo may not be featured straight away, but may be used at a later date.
